We accept that sometimes you may need to cancel your order after you’ve placed it or reduce the quantity of an item you’ve ordered. You can do this from the moment you place the order until 14 days after the day that you receive it

If your order arrives and your item is damaged please email us and we will try and reply within 24hours.

Please post back to us and we will refund the postage including the cost of your item.
